There’s a Policymaker’s Fiscal Forum in Juneau Tuesday, Jan. 31, 5:30-8pm, at the Red Dog Saloon downtown. This is not a legislative reception and not affiliated with the Democratic Party, but a great opportunity to hear from and talk with Alaska’s fiscal policymakers.
If you feel comfortable being in an establishment like the Red Dog Saloon, I encourage you to go and make your opinions known about how to deal with our deficit. It looks like 5 of our State Legislators are making time to be there (about evenly split between R and D).
On a personal note, I will not be able to make it, so if anyone has time to tell me about it, please either add a comment below or use the Contact Us item on the menu bar.
