April Business Meeting Canceled

In order to do our part to flatten the curve, Tongass Democrats Chair Edric Carrillo has canceled the April business meeting that would have been held next week.

As a reminder, the Bartlett-Gruening Dinner has also been indefinitely postponed for the same reason.

A few coronavirus bits & bobs under the fold for you.

Things are wild and frightening out there, so do what you can to stay safe, friends:

  • wash your hands,
  • practice physical social distancing but do what you can to stay emotionally connected to loved ones,
  • stay home if you can (and especially if you feel under the weather), and
  • ask for help if you need it.

Here’s what looks like some good advice from the Flatten the Curve folks.

Anchorage Daily News has had good, free coverage of Alaska’s coronavirus story.

Please remember the vulnerable among us, and do what you can, when you can.
