Tongass Democrats

What a fantastic week to be a Democrat in Juneau, Alaska! We’ve got FOUR big events coming up, and I hope you can make them all!

Starting on Thursday, August 11th, Harriet Drummond is having a fundraiser hosted by Mark and Sun Hee Choate at 230 West 8th Street, from 4:30 to 6:30 PM.

Next, on Friday, August 12, Jill Ramiel and Ken Alper are hosting a fundraiser for Mary Peltola. See #1 below.

Then on Saturday August 13, we not only have our Tongass Democrats picnic at Sandy Beach/Savikko Park shelter #1 from 12 – 2 (#2 below), but Mary Peltola is ALSO having an event just across the playground in the Sandy Beach/Savikko Park Pioneer Pavilion from 2-3:30 (#3 below).

Friday

#1: Jill Ramiel and Ken Alper will host a fundraiser for Mary Peltola on Friday August 12.

Saturday

#2: The Tongass Democrats picnic will be at Sandy Beach, Shelter 1, on Saturday August 13 from noon – 2 PM.

#3: Mary Peltola is hosting a rally at Sandy Beach on Saturday August 13 from 2 – 3:30.

Tongass Democrats will have our regular monthly business meeting in person. However, there is a Zoom option available if you contact tongassdemocrats@gmail.com in advance for the login information.
